BIM Team Lead x3 – Data Centre Projects (MEP Bias) Locations: Type: Full-Time | Site-Based A leading European data centre delivery specialist is expanding its BIM capability across multiple live hyperscale projects and is seeking three experienced BIM Team Leads to join site-based teams in Frankfurt, Milan, and Vaasa. These roles will take full responsibility for BIM coordination and delivery across complex MEP installations within large-scale mission-critical environments.
As BIM Team Lead, you will oversee BIM execution across the full project lifecycle, ensuring coordination, clash resolution, and digital delivery align with project standards and client expectations. You will manage a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians while interfacing closely with package managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives This is a senior site-based leadership role suited to candidates with strong MEP coordination experience on large-scale projects.
• Lead overall BIM delivery across the project
• Strong Revit experience (MEP bias essential)
• MEP coordination on hyperscale data centres
€90,000 - €100,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation + Living Cost p/m

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Manage BIM Coordinators and Technicians
• Coordinate complex MEP installations in live environments
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination reviews
• Liaise with subcontractors and design teams
• Support site engineers with coordinated models
• Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Drive BIM best practice and digital innovation
• Support R&D initiatives and new BIM processes
• Report progress and coordination issues to project leadership
Requirements
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Navisworks experience desirable
• 8+ years’ experience on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre or mission-critical experience advantageous
• Engineering or relevant technical degree
• Strong communication and leadership capability
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ideal Background
• Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams
• Live environment installation coordination
• Understanding of construction sequencing and commissioning integration
